Moving again!

well kinda~ we are moving out of my in laws and into our Condo, Tuesday is the big day and I couldn't be happier. Not saying I have not enjoyed the time at their house and all the help with Harris, laundry, cooking and cleaning while I have been so under the weather with this pregnancy because I have! They have been so kind with open arms and hearts. but boy do I miss my big bed, Harris in his own room with a bed time and well just having me time when ever I want it. I feel so guilty when I'm too sick to get up and clean my bathroom and now I can just let it be until I'm doing better. So the paint colors have been picked out and the walls will be painted this weekend new Kitchen is in, as well as new doors and all the bathroom, so we are all ready to unload or trailer and start making Virgina our real" home.... its bitter sweat but maybe it will help me adjust a little easier.... here's to hoping.

whats new with us~

1. Harris in daddy's shoes.... Some big shoes to fill but he does it so well. Harris spent the afternoon walking around in daddy's work shoes everything he did he wore them happily. I got a few pictures of my cute little guy playing daddy for the afternoon.

Snow snow and more snow

Our first winter in Virginia has been a cold wet snowy one. We have had a number of major snow storms and this past weekend got the mother of all blizzards~ measuring in at almost 40 inches all we can see from hear to there and everywhere is blankets of white snowy snow. We have been stuck in the house for 8 days now ( with the exception of Saturday, Harris and I went on a lunch date and went shopping at Marshall's) I was dieing to get out of the house bf the next big storm hit. We have been so blessed during all the madness we have had complete use of power, heat and water so many are without and due to all the heavy snow, roofs are crashing down left and right~ they declared DC in a national state of Emergency this weekend, so i guess if its not Hot humid hurricanes then its cold icy snow....

So what do you do when you cant go out and play.... well you bake cupcakes and play WII watch lots of movies take lots of naps and well pray for the sun to shine. Once the storm let up we did have the chance to take Harris out in the snow it was up to his shoulders and he had to crawl across it, he kept getting stuck and lost in the drifts so we made a nice big tunnel from our porch to the neighbors so the kids could play with each other. We put them on the sleds and pulled them thought the tunnels like bob sledding teams. Im Ready for some SUN!!!!
